The forecast track of the storm has shifted further west since yesterday's video. This, combined with today's weakened state of Isaias implies strongly that, after a sunny, warm day on Monday, we're in for a manageable wind and rain event on Tuesday, particularly in the afternoon and evening. South facing areas most prone to flooding would still deal with high tide/storm surge issues. Strongest winds/heaviest rain should last 4-6 hours. Winds could gust as high as 50mph at the coast with lesser amounts inland.
This is the area most likely to see the heaviest rains from Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night.
Wednesday through Friday should be mainly dry, with rapidly clearing skies.
